If desired, you can view or try on clothes by visiting our office, having previously familiarized yourself with our entire assortment on our website. Please inform us in advance if you wish to come by phone or email.
You can order your preferred clothes through our online store.
Returns Policy.
The right to return goods is valid for 14 days in case:
1. The product does not match the order (incorrect item sent).
2. The product has been damaged during transportation.
3. The product did not suit you for any reason.
The right to return does not apply to wholesale orders (3 or more items).
The right to return does not apply to custom orders.
The right to return does not apply if the purchase was made in our representative office.
Conditions for returning or exchanging clothes
Return is only possible if the product is unused, defect-free, and without signs of use.
NB! Please note that makeup may stain the collar of the garment during fitting.
To return or exchange the goods, please notify us of your intention immediately and send the package back as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs related to the return.
In the case of an exchange, we will send you a new product after the returned item has arrived at the designated address.
Due to changes in stock, uniform.ee cannot always guarantee the possibility of exchanging the product. To exchange the product, please select a replacement item (making sure it is available in the online store) and send a request for product exchange by email. The replacement item will be reserved for you.
