Thank you for your interest in Uniform products. Below you will find information about purchasing options, returns, and product exchanges.

Purchasing Options

1. Visit Our Office

You are welcome to visit our office in Tallinn to view, try on, and purchase clothing or footwear.

Before your visit, we recommend browsing our online selection and arranging a suitable appointment by phone or email.

2. Online Store Orders

All products can be ordered through the Uniform online store. After placing an order, you will receive confirmation and updates regarding order processing and delivery.

Right of Return

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • the received product does not match the order;
  • the product was damaged during transportation;
  • the product does not fit or is otherwise unsuitable.

Please note: the right of return does not apply to products purchased directly at our office.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

  • the product has not been used;
  • the original appearance of the product is preserved;
  • there are no signs of wear, damage, or staining;
  • all labels and original packaging are intact.

Important: please take care when trying on clothing. Stains caused by cosmetics, including foundation makeup, may result in the return or exchange being declined.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Once the return has been approved, the product should be sent to the address provided by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or model, please first check that the desired item is available in our online store and inform us of your preferred replacement.

Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement product according to the agreed arrangement.

Please note that due to inventory changes, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. Whenever possible, the selected replacement item will be reserved for you until the exchange process is completed.
